Why Recruitment? ZYLER CRANE - VP RECRUITMENT This past semester, I served as my chapter’s Recruitment Vice President, and it was a really engaging experience that helped me grow my communication and leadership skills. I feel like, as Recruitment VP for IFC, I can help set a positive image for new members by showing what Greek life is really about and how it can help shape people into strong, successful individuals. Being in a fraternity has taught me the importance of brotherhood and building lasting relationships, but it’s also helped me become more professional when working with businesses and other organizations. To me, a fraternity is about developing future leaders.
