Human Resources Spotlight Josh Hallam Sr. Compensation Analyst The Office of Human Resources is very happy to welcome Joshua Hallam to UNG as Senior Compensation Analyst. Josh comes to UNG after more than thirteen years in Human Resources at the University of Central Florida. Along with HR generalist and payroll experience, Josh worked for almost six years as a Compensation Analyst. He received his Bachelor’s Degree from UCF and he also holds the certifications of: Professional in Human Resources (PHR), Society of Human Resources Management – Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), and Compensation Analyst Credential (CAC). Josh and his family enjoy spending time outdoors and are currently acquainting themselves with all the parks of the greater Lake Lanier area.
