Bi-Weekly (Non-Exempt) Employees Employees may use already accumulated comp time or they may work extra hours during October, November, and December with permission of their supervisor to apply that time toward the winter break. If the non-exempt employee does not have enough comp time to cover the three days (12/21/22-12/23/22), they should request vacation time in OneUSG. The system will pull from comp time first if it is available rather than charge against vacation time.
