Panhellenic Recruitment Counselors “Pi Chis” A Pi Chi, or recruitment counselor, is a sorority member who acts as a guide and confidant to a group of potential new members (PNMs) during the recruitment process. They have left their own sorority’s recruitment team to provide an unbiased and supportive experience for the PNMs. Pi Chis help PNMs navigate the recruitment process, make friends, and understand the Panhellenic community.
