SUGGESTION & CONCERN FORM STAFF COUNCIL BOOK SCHOLARSHIPS Did you know staff council offers a scholarship to cover the cost of books? The process is simple, and open to full and part-time staff members. There are a few other details you need to consider once you complete a course with a grade of C or higher. First, submit this application, a copy of the receipt of purchase for the textbook and a copy of your unofficial transcript with the grade awarded two months after the last day of the semester of your class. Be sure to keep copies of your application and documentation for your records. We will let you know we’ve received your application with an email. QUESTIONS? STAFFCOUNCIL@UNG.EDU Each applicant can receive a maximum of up to $100 per semester (maximum of $200 annually at the Dahlonega, Gainesville, Oconee, and Blue Ridge campuses. The Cumming campus maximum amounts are $50 a semester and $100 a calendar year. Scholarship amounts are subject to change at any time according to Staff Council discretion.
