UNG is offering COVID-19 testing for any UNG faculty, staff, or student who is not currently experiencing symptoms of COVID- 19 at no cost. THIS IS PART OF UNG'S MULTI-FACETED APPROACH TO MONITOR AND MITIGATE THE SPREAD OF COVID-19. All testing is voluntary. Spaces for asymptomatic testing will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis with registration opening each Sunday approximately 8 to 9 days prior to the testing date. ASYMPTOMATIC SURVEILLANCE TESTING DATES & REGISTRATION This is a completely voluntary program. We generally ask that you register before you come. However, we typically do accept walk-ups if your schedule changes. We have to adhere to social distancing guidelines with that, but we will be as flexible as possible. COVID-19 ASYMPTOMATIC SURVEILLANCE TESTING TESTING DATES EXPERIENCING COVID-19 SYMPTOMS? Employees or students who have tested positive or who have symptoms of COVID-19 should seek medical care, notify their supervisor or teacher, stay home, and complete the UNG COVID-19 Self-Reporting Form. Keep checking the COVID-19 Asymptomatic Surveillance Testing website for updates and to register for a test. 3
