If you had FSA contributions in 2020 but switched to the HSA for 2021, you must claim all 2020 FSA funds during the grace period before you will be eligible to make the HSA contributions until April 1, 2021 , at which time any remaining 2020 FSA balance will be forfeited. COVID-19 CONSIDERATIONS Due to new COVID-19 guidelines, USG will continue to allow employees to file for reimbursement for 2020 healthcare care expenses. Therefore, employees may continue to submit claims to be reimbursed for any eligible expenses incurred from January 1, 2019, through December 31, 2020 , for reimbursement before March 15, 2021 . 4
