Inclusion FACULTY WOMEN OF COLOR TEACHING CIRCLE This Teaching Circle serves to provide opportunities for faculty to discuss issues related to teaching and learning, promotion and tenure, peer support, and issues that impact minoritized women in academic environments. This is the oldest group on campus, over four years old. WOMEN’S NETWORK LATINX COMMITTEE BLACK FACULTY/STAFF ASSOCIATION This group has coordinated discussions on women’s leadership development. This group has served as a support network for Latino/a/x students and has assisted with the development of the Spanish language Orientation program. This is a newly forming group. The members are in the process of developing their goals.
