December Holiday Closure WINTER BREAK December 22 - January 3* *Requires the use of 3 vacation days if additional flex time is not earned. If you accumulated flex time hours during the months of September, October, November and December, you can use those hours toward the required vacation time during the winter break. Monthly employees should use the flex time calendar to track any extra hours worked and those should be turned into their supervisor. If the Exempt Employee does not work enough additional hours to cover the three days (12/22/21 – 12/24/21), they should request vacation time in OneUSG. It is the responsibility of the supervisor to ensure that their monthly employees either accumulate the required additional 23 flex hours or request vacation time off. MONTHLY (EXEMPT) EMPLOYEES 4
