The first aspect is reminding educational institutions that access to higher education should be equitable for all members of the student body. Campuses are not permitted to discriminate against a population during this crisis, nor at any time. The second aspect is to ensure that there is appropriate accommodation of students with disabilities. This is a continuance of requests for accommodations that may exist in a classroom setting. Attention in the document is primarily aimed at K-12. Another helpful piece during this time period is a document produced by the Asian Pacific American Bar Association of Pennsylvania.
