December Holiday Closure WINTER BREAK December 21 -31* *Requires the use of 3 vacation days or 3 comp days. If you accumulated comp time during the months October, November and December, you can apply that time toward the winter break. You need to request vacation time for those days. The system will pull from comp time first if it is available rather than charge against vacation time. Regardless if you are planning to use comp or vacation time to cover the three days, vacation time should be requested and approved. Questions concerning these changes should be directed to your supervisor. When entering the time off request, select All Days and enter 8 hours for the Partial Days option.
