Did you know that adults with diabetes are nearly twice as as likely to die from heart disease or stroke? Over time, high blood glucose from diabetes can damage your blood vessels and the nerves that control your heart. Open enrollment is NOW! Don't forget to make your benefit elections by Friday November 8, 2019! National Diabetes Month You are required to go through the regular student admissions process. A new application must be submitted each semester. NO exceptions to the application deadline. Only available to full time employees ( 1.0 FTE ) that have worked for at least six months prior to the applicable deadline for that semester. The employee registration period follows the regular registration period. Registering for a course prior to the designated time period will cause you to forfeit TAP eligibility . Check registration periods! You must pay taxes on TAP benefits in excess of $5,250. If you are eligible for financial aid, the financial aid will be applied prior to TAP. Due to the current shortage of nursing faculty in the state of Georgia, TAP is available to Part-Time Nursing Faculty members seeking a graduate degree in Nursing.
